autodl配置cPOL时出现错误：系统未通过systemd初始化（ID 1），无法操作并导致故障

在执行sudo systemctl start cpolar报错

sudo systemctl enable cpolar
The system has not been booted using systemd as the init system (PID 1). Unable to operate.
Connection to the bus failed due to the host being down.

解决方法：

    sudo apt-get install aptitude

    sudo aptitude install systemctl
