1、Microsoft easy fix solutions 作为 Microsoft Fix it 的升级版本，主要包含以下两种文件格式：
1）.diagcab；适用于 Windows 7 及更高版本的操作系统
2）.msi：适用于其他不同操作系统版本
2、Microsoft easy fix solutions 已经停止提供服务，现由 Windows Troubleshooter 作为其替代方案。
