故障：安装Microsoft Root Certificate

1、故障现象：

无法通过Internet连接至服务器或客户端以安装某些程序（包括Microsoft Update和.NET Framework 4.6.2）时

A certificate chain could not be built to a trusted root authority.

或者

Although a certificate chain was processed, it terminated within a root certificate that the trust provider does not recognize as trustworthy.

2、故障原因：

Microsoft .Net Framework 4.6.2中的部分组件通过不在Windows 7或Windows Server 2008 R2上安装的证书颁发机构（Certification Authority）认证-signed的方式运行，在这些组件中使用的是不支持最新更新的Windows操作系统版本。

未连接至Internet或因无法访问Windows Update站点导致的计算机，在安装.NET Framework 4.6.2时将无法自动下载相关证书。
