现象
在对特定仓库的hook模板进行编辑操作时，若采用Subversion Edge所提供的功能，系统有可能呈现出如下提示信息：
The hook editor is disabled by default. Someone with access to the filesystem can enable this feature in security.properties with
hook.script.editor.enabled=true
Then restart the application.
