Opens a file.

Parameters

integer variable

If this file has been successfully opened, its file handle will be returned in this variable.
For versions of software less than or equal to version 4.103 and versions greater than or equal to version 4.106: In such cases, will be assigned as -1; this situation does not trigger an error.
For versions between 4.102 and 4.103 inclusive: In these instances, will be assigned as -1; consequently, the macro script will halt after a macro error occurs.
