事件描述：
用户紧急致电，反馈 Veritas Enterprise Vault 的服务无法正常运行。
通过远程方式查看对应服务状态，确认存在相同问题。即便尝试手动激活所有关联服务，仍未能解决该状况。
查阅 Windows Event Viewer 中的系统日志，发现每次尝试启动服务时，均记录了 DCOM ID=10016 的错误信息：
